Store Assistant 

We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive individual to join our womenswear retail store. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines customer-facing retail with strong operational and organisational responsibility. Previous experience in a fashion retail environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience on the shop floor

• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally

• Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth operations

• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, styling and merchandising

• Assist customers with styling advice, trends and product knowledge

• Manage stock, deliveries, organisation and back-of-house processes

• Handle administration, filing and general store organisation

• Work closely with the team to support sales targets and store performance

• Be flexible with working hours, shifts include  Week ends

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in womenswear retail or a fashion-focused store

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Genuine interest in fashion, trends and personal styling

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude

• Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach
