UK orders:  We ship via Royal Mail or DPD at a standard rate of £5.90. If you want to collect in person from the shop, please select collect from shop option at checkout. We ship worldwide: Please email us your order details and we will obtain a shipping quote for you, based on your order size. Shipping rates will vary depending on your order.  You may be liable for import duty and fees.

ONLINE Orders: Returns & Refunds only for order placed via the website:   We offer a 14 day returns policy,  goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for an exchange or refund.

If you need to return an item, please let us know on receipt of your order. Products must be sent back unused/unworn/unopened, in original packaging with tags intact, goods must be returned within 14 days from dispatch for an exchange or refund. We do not offer refunds after this date.  *There is a £2.00 admin fee per each returned item.  Postage is non refundable. Returns can be done via post or at the shop.  Please return your item using tracked mail as we are not responsible for goods that go astray, return postage is at your cost.  Once your order is received back your refund will be issued via the same payment method made when ordering. SALE & Special online promotions are non returnable. 

STORE Purchases : We offer a 14 day returns policy,  goods must be returned as new with labels intact & proof of purchase, within 14 days for an exchange. We do not offer refunds on store purchases.  SALE purchases are final, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale goods.

Non returnable goods. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings, lingerie and swimwear.   

Special and bespoke orders:  Bespoke orders are final and not subject to cancellation, return or exchange.
